Later that night, while John and Abigail are asleep, Uncle, revealed to be undead, invades their room and tries to attack them, and John fights back, knocking him out. Uncle is then seen loitering outside the house. John, however, states that, because of the storm, Uncle has probably gone to a dry place nearby, and will stay there until the storm subsides. However, they mention that Uncle hasn't yet returned from what he was doing. They are all talking about general things, like a book Jack is reading. In Undead Nightmare, John is in his house with Abigail and Jack. An infectious outbreak of unknown origin amongst those on the frontier is rumoured to be caused by either Seth Briars stealing the glass eye from Tumbleweed, Nigel West Dickens with his miracle tonic, or the Mexicans by bringing the disease over the border from Nuevo Paraíso. The game is set after saving John's family and before his eventual execution, but, obviously, it does not fit into the canon, as many characters (such as Uncle) die multiple times (for example, Uncle is the first zombie encountered and killed by John Marston, though in the original game, he dies in Edgar Ross' attack on the farm). This add on is pretty long and equal to the length of a real stand alone video game, great story with awesome cut scenes and a great way of transitioning from the main story with very promising action that keeps you on your toes and coming back for more! this add on may not be for everyone and there are few glitches present but this is rare DLC content that no one should pass up.Seemingly overnight, an Undead plague ravages the once-bountiful frontier, decimating the landscape and reawakening the dead. Red Dead Redemption was and still is an amazing game, unlike any I have ever played before, so what could make a great DLC add on? you guessed it! zombies! The game simply has a great engine(euphoria)and pulls out all the stops in every way, so why not add an extension story? a lot of gamers out there appreciate a good zombie game and this game along with the engine make for a fantastic zombie game equal to that of left 4 dead, resident evil and so on. Ah.zombies, what any gamer can appreciate.
